RETURN POLICY

The client will bear the expense of returning a product purchased from the Eclipse Official Store unless it is faulty or damaged upon delivery. We will require you to provide photographic evidence of error prior to shipping it back to us.

You will be required to send the item back to us via Postal Services: do not use Courier Services as we will not refund you for it.

In case of an exchange, Eclipse Official Store will incur the charges for delivery of the replacement product. In case the exchange is required due to a mistake on our end or a fault in the item, we will also refund you the Postal Services return Shipping charges. Any other expenses lay with the customer.
Eclipse Official Merchandise return period is 14 days.

Please note that as soon as your parcel leaves our Warehouse, the responsibility for it is with the shipping services. Use the tracking number provided to you to trace your parcel and, should need be, contact your local shipping representatives to get further information.
Due to the current worldwide pandemic situation, the shipping may take longer than usual so please be patient.
Should you require a refund for whatever reason, please contact the Eclipse Official Store and we will tend to this for you. The refund will take place immediately, once the items are returned to our warehouse.

You do not qualify for our return policy if the item(s) were used in any way beyond necessary to evaluate the error:

  • When returning a product, you are obliged to keep the product in the same condition as when delivered.

  • You must not have used the product; however, you have the right to investigate the condition the product was in when delivered.

  • If damage or harm is caused to a product while investigated the product does not qualify for the return policy.

To request a return, an exchange, or a refund, please contact us with your order number.

We do our absolute best to satisfy all the requests as soon as they come in, so please refrain from emailing us multiple times as this will slow down the process.
